Return Policy
When you return an item, our team carefully inspects it to ensure it meets our return criteria — unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Once approved, we’ll process your refund or store credit promptly. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at shopfytkw@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange Policy
If something doesn’t fit quite right or you’d prefer a different size, you can request an exchange within 3 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to availability once your return is received and approved.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with tags and packaging intact. Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or damaged.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- If you prefer, you can opt for store credit, which is applied instantly and can be used toward any future purchase at fyt.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
PS: Certain items, such as undergarments, are non-refundable.
Non-refundable & Non-exchangeable
Due to hygiene considerations, certain items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except when they are received defective or damaged.
PS: Gift cards are non-refundable, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
